My mission is to empower women, especially those in midlife, to build emotional resilience so that they can feel more emotionally regulated and less overwhelmed despite their health and life challenges.
My Clients:

The 5 Phases of Your Emotional Resilience Journey
Week 1: Awareness–Recognition of being emotionally dysregulated or off-balance
Week 3: Understanding–Grounding in the science of the brain & The Serene Shift Method
Week 5: Self-Regulation–Applying The Serene Shift Method in and between our sessions
Week 7: Momentum–Building on emotional self-regulation skills, even teaching it to others
Week 12: Transformation–Achieving enhanced well-being and the confidence to self sustain
